Duties include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day running of portfolio trust and company structures
- Preparation of minutes
- Preparation of required payment instructions
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries
- Maintaining statutory records
Successful candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in company and trust administration; ICSA/ STEP certification, or someone who is working towards it, is preferred. 5 Series knowledge would be advantageous.
